Ingredients

4 large Organic eggs, 2 tbsp Miso Mayo

Preparation

1. Place 4 large Organic eggs in a medium pot and add enough cold water to cover the eggs by about an inch. 2. Place the pot over high heat and bring to a rolling boil. Cover the pot, remove from heat, and let sit for 8 minutes. 3. Fill a large bowl with water and ice. After 8 minutes, place the eggs in the ice bath until cool, then peel. 4. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. 5. Top each half with about 1½ teaspoons of Miso Mayo. 6. Sprinkle with kelp flakes and enjoy!
