Ingredients
- 100g / 3.5oz unsweetened soft dried Dried Mango
- 60g / 2oz Cashew Nuts
- juice of 1 Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 3 tbsp rolled Porridge Oats
- 4 tbsp dried unsweetened shredded Desiccated Coconut

Preparation
1. Add all ingredients (except the coconut) to a food processor and mix until the mixture starts to clump together.
2. If using coconut, add it to a small bowl for rolling.
3. Take a walnut-sized amount of the mixture and roll into a smooth ball.
4. Flatten the ball and roll it into a sausage shape.
5. Add to the coconut and roll until covered. Repeat with remaining mixture.
