Ingredients

- 70g / 2.47oz Pitted dates
- 100g / 3.53oz Desiccated/dried shredded coconut
- 200g / 7.05oz Gluten-free rolled/old-fashioned oats
- 65g / 2.29oz Hemp seeds
- 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation

1. Combine 70g / 2.47oz Pitted dates, 100g / 3.53oz Desiccated/dried shredded coconut, 200g / 7.05oz Gluten-free rolled/old-fashioned oats, 65g / 2.29oz Hemp seeds, and 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon in a food processor. Pulse a few times until the oats and dates are chopped into smaller pieces. Do not over-process
keep it chunky.
2. Serve with hot or cold plant milk and your favorite fruit.
