1. Squeeze the juice from 1 Grapefruit into a large bowl. 2. Add 80ml / 2.71fl oz Milk, 60ml / 2.03fl oz Yogurt, 100g / 3.53oz old-fashioned Rolled oats, 30g / 1.06oz Chia seeds, and 1 heaped tsp Ground cinnamon. 3. Mix well. 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
