Ingredients
250g / 8.82oz Quinoa, 250ml / 8.45fl oz Water, 200ml / 6.76fl oz Coconut milk, 2 peeled and grated Pears, 1 tsp Orange zest, 2 tbsp Cocoa, 1 cored and thinly sliced Pear, 2 tbsp Butter, 1 tsp Yoghurt
Preparation
1. Rinse 250g / 8.82oz Quinoa well in running water and drain. 2. Place the Quinoa and 250ml / 8.45fl oz Water in a saucepan, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. 3. Add 200ml / 6.76fl oz Coconut milk, 2 peeled and grated Pears, 1 tsp Orange zest, and 2 tbsp Cocoa, simmer for additional 5-10 minutes until Quinoa grains are puffy. 4. While Quinoa is cooking, melt 2 tbsp Butter in a pan, fry 1 cored and thinly sliced Pear until golden. 5. Serve the Chocolate Quinoa with a spoonful of Yoghurt and the buttery Pears, sprinkled with Cocoa.
