- 100g / 3.5 oz Cashews
- 300g / 10.6 oz Spelt flakes
- 50g / 1.8 oz Sunflower seeds
- 30g / 1.1 oz Sesame seeds
- 40g / 1.4 oz puffed Quinoa
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Chop cashews and mix with the other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Optionally mix in 50 g of honey, which makes the recipe non-vegan.
3. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake on the lower rack for about 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Fill the granola into jars or containers and store.
5. To serve, mix 4 tablespoons (approx. 40 g) of granola with plant-based drink, cow's milk, or yogurt, and garnish with fresh fruit as desired.
