Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 3/4 tsp Fine sea salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1lb peeled Large shrimp
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 3/4 tsp Fine sea salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1lb peeled Large shrimp
Preparation
1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes.
2. Combine 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, 1/2 tsp of dried thyme, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp of coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, and 3/4 tsp of fine sea salt in a large bowl.
3. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1lb of peeled large shrimp. Mix well and marinate for at least 10 minutes at room temperature, or up to overnight in the fridge.
4. Heat grill to medium-high and divide shrimp between the skewers.
5. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the shrimp have nice grill marks and are pink all the way through.
