Ingredients

12 Raw king prawns, 1 tbsp Hot chilli sauce, 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp Pure maple syrup

Preparation

1. Peel and devein 12 Raw king prawns, leaving the tails intact. Place the prawns in a bowl. 2. Whisk 1 tbsp Hot chilli sauce, 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, and 1 tsp Pure maple syrup in a bowl. Pour over the prawns and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. 3. Heat a barbecue hotplate or grill to high. Cook the prawns for 2 minutes on each side or until just cooked through. Serve immediately.
