Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp Apple puree
- 3 tbsp Coconut milk
- 4 tbsp tender Oat flakes
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp Apple puree
- 3 tbsp Coconut milk
- 4 tbsp tender Oat flakes
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F).
2. Peel and quarter 1 Apple, remove the core, and grate the flesh.
3. Mix grated Apple with 2 tbsp Coconut flakes, 2 tbsp Apple puree, 3 tbsp Coconut milk, and 4 tbsp tender Oat flakes.
4. Melt 2 tsp Coconut oil over low heat.
5. Combine melted Coconut oil with the Apple-Oat mixture.
6. Form small balls with slightly damp hands.
7. Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
