Ingredients
- 10 stems Mint
- 1 organic Lemon
- 300ml / 10.14fl oz Apple juice
- 1 organic Lemon

Preparation
1. Wash and shake dry the Mint. Set aside 1 handful of leaves for garnish.
2. Transfer remaining Mint to a teapot with 700ml boiling water, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.
3. Strain the tea and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
4. Wash the organic Lemon, dry it, and slice it.
5. Mix the chilled tea with 300ml / 10.14fl oz Apple juice and add Lemon slices.
6. Distribute the mixture into glasses and garnish with reserved Mint leaves. Add ice cubes if desired.
