Zutaten

- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 1 handful Arugula
- 2 Whole wheat tortillas
- 80g / 2.82oz double cream Cream cheese
- 50g / 1.76oz thinly sliced Smoked salmon

Zubereitung

1. Halve 1 Yellow bell pepper, clean and wash. Cut the halves into strips.
2. Sort, wash, and shake dry 1 handful Arugula, removing coarse stems.
3. Spread 80g / 2.82oz double cream Cream cheese on 2 Whole wheat tortillas.
4. Top the tortillas with 50g / 1.76oz thinly sliced Smoked salmon.
5. Distribute the Arugula and half of the bell pepper strips over the tortillas.
6. Roll up the tortillas into wraps and halve them diagonally for serving (or wrap in parchment paper for taking along). Serve the remaining bell pepper strips separately.
