Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup packed Spinach
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1/2 tbsp mild tasting Oil
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the corner tip cut off.
4. Pipe small dime-sized circles on a parchment-lined pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
5. Turn off the oven and let puffs sit for another 12-15 minutes.
6. Let cool and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
