- 1/2 medium, fresh or frozen Banana
- 1 big handful Spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla Protein powder
- 1 tbsp salted, unsweetened Peanut butter or almond butter
- 3/4 cup / 6 fl oz unsweetened Almond milk
- 1 handful Ice cubes
1. Combine 1/2 medium fresh or frozen Banana, 1 big handful Spinach, 1/2 cup frozen Blueberries, 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla Protein powder, 1 tbsp salted unsweetened Peanut butter or Almond butter, 3/4 cup unsweetened Almond milk, and 1 handful Ice cubes in a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
