															- 5 tsp dried loose Rooibos tea
- 1 handful  Mint leaves
- 300ml / 10.14fl oz  Pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp  Pomegranate seeds
1. Pour 700ml / 23.67fl oz of boiling water over 5 tsp of dried loose Rooibos tea in a teapot, cover, and let steep for about 10 minutes. 
2. Strain the tea and place it in the refrigerator to cool (about 3 hours). 
3. Wash and dry 1 handful of mint leaves. 
4. Mix the chilled tea with 300ml / 10.14fl oz pomegranate juice. 
5. Add 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds and the mint leaves. 
6. Serve in glasses and add ice cubes as desired.
