0.5 Banana, 3 tbsp thick full-fat Greek-style yogurt, 10 large Raspberries, 0.5 large Avocado, 2 blocks defrosted and excess moisture squeezed out Frozen chopped spinach

1. Mash 0.5 Banana or 10 large Raspberries or 0.5 large Avocado with a fork. 2. Stir in 3 tbsp thick full-fat Greek-style yogurt. 3. For Spinach Yogurt, stir 2 blocks defrosted Frozen chopped spinach (excess moisture squeezed out) into 3 tbsp thick full-fat Greek-style yogurt. 4. Serve as is, spread on toast, or use to top porridge, chia pudding, or granola.
