- 4 Radish

1. Clean and wash 4 Radishes, then slice thinly.
2. Beat 2 Eggs vigorously and season with Salt and Pepper.
3. Melt 1 tbsp Butter in a pan.
4. Add the egg mixture to the pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until creamy and shiny.
5. Remove from heat and spread on 1 slice Whole grain bread.
6. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped Chives.
7. Serve with the sliced Radishes.
