1. Blanch 200g / 7.05oz frozen peas in salted water for about 2 minutes. 
2. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let them drain. 
3. Wash 2 stems Mint, pat dry, pluck the leaves, and coarsely chop them. 
4. Mix peas and mint with the other ingredients.
