1. Combine 850g / 30oz chopped mixed greens, 120ml / 4fl oz chopped tomatoes, and 1 grated carrot in a large bowl.
2. Add 120ml / 4fl oz Asante Sana Dressing.
3. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Sprinkle 30g / 1.05oz toasted, slivered almonds on top.
5. Serve immediately.
