Ingredients

- 15g / 0.53oz Spinach
- 1 piece fresh Ginger
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Orange
- 1/2 Mango
- 100ml / 3.38fl oz Coconut water
- 1 tsp crushed Flax seeds
- 1 tbsp soft Oats

Preparation

1. Wash 15g Spinach and let it drain.
2. Peel and roughly chop 1 fresh Ginger piece.
3. Peel 1/2 Banana and break into chunks.
4. Peel 1/2 Orange, remove white pith, and cut into chunks.
5. Peel 1/2 Mango, remove the pit, and cut into 2cm cubes.
6. In a blender, combine Spinach, Banana, Orange, Mango, 100ml / 3.38fl oz Coconut water, 1 tsp crushed Flax seeds, and 1 tbsp soft Oats.
7. Blend for about 3 minutes until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary.
8. Pour into glasses and serve.
