Ingredients

- 1 Banana
- 350g / 12oz fresh or frozen Berries
- 375ml / 12.68fl oz Oat milk
- 20g / 0.7oz Baby spinach or raw courgette/zucchini
- 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation

1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
2. Add the dates, if desired, blend and serve.
