Ingredients

- 250g / 8.82oz Kale
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5-1 tsp Salt
- 1-2 tsp Spices (e.g., ground turmeric, curry powder, or sweet paprika powder)

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 140°C (284°F).
2. Clean 250g Kale, wash, and pat dry thoroughly.
3. Remove the stems from the leaves and tear or cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
4. In a bowl, mix the Kale pieces with 1 tbsp Olive oil, 0.5-1 tsp Salt, and 1-2 tsp Spices, and knead well.
5. Spread the seasoned Kale pieces on a baking sheet.
6. Bake on the middle rack for 30-40 minutes, opening the oven door occasionally to let the steam escape.
7. The chips are done when the Kale is thin and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet.
