- 1/2 Banana
- 10 large Raspberries
- 1/2 large Avocado
- 2 blocks chopped, defrosted, and excess moisture squeezed out Spinach
- 3 tbsp thick full-fat Greek-style yogurt

Preparation

1. Mash the fruit with the back of a fork.
2. Stir the mashed fruit into 3 tbsp thick full-fat Greek-style yogurt.
3. For the spinach yogurt, simply stir the defrosted and excess moisture squeezed out spinach into the yogurt.
