Ingredients

- 2 ripe Bananas
- 1 tbsp brown Almond butter
- 3 tbsp Milk

Preparation

1. Peel and slice 2 ripe Bananas, then freeze for about 2 hours.
2. Blend the frozen Bananas with 1 tbsp brown Almond butter and 3 tbsp Milk until smooth.
3. Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 1 hour.
