Ingredients
- 110g / 4oz old-fashioned Rolled porridge oats
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 heaped tbsp 100percent Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 14 Dried dates or prunes
- 4 heaped tbsp dried unsweetened shredded Desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 heaped tbsp 100percent Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened Unsweetened cocoa powder

- 4 heaped tbsp dried unsweetened shredded Desiccated coconut
Preparation
1. Add 110g / 4oz rolled porridge oats, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 heaped tbsp 100percent peanut butter, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and 14 dried dates or prunes to a food processor.
2. Blend until the mixture starts to clump together.
3. Take a walnut-sized amount of the mixture and roll into a smooth ball in your hand.
4. Flatten the ball and roll it into a sausage shape.
5. Add the bliss ball to 4 heaped tbsp desiccated coconut and roll until it’s all covered.
6. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
